The house is a single-family home in the city with space for a private vegetable garden. This is an ideal environment for those who wish to live a quiet life surrounded by nature. It is a 15-minute walk from the station, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. Cars cannot enter the front of the house, but there is a monthly parking lot nearby. Bicycles and motorcycles can park in front of the house, which will be completely empty from April 1, 2024. I will only be staying once or twice a year for a couple of weeks each, so it is the same as living alone. No pets allowed. Only non-smokers accepted.
